Where Faith Meets Fandom

A morning with the business leaders who fill our seats and fund your station.

The opportunity

Not a crowd, a community.

When a tour like THIRD DAY, TobyMac, and Chris Tomlin comes through town, the station promotes it, the tickets sell, the night is unforgettable, and then everyone goes home. The relationship ends at the turnstile.

But the people in those seats aren't only Fans. They're business owners, hospital administrators, bankers, school leaders. They believe in the mission, they champion the town, and they almost never get access, to the artists or to each other.

One morning changes that. Same audience, different posture. Not a crowd, a community.

Why I’m asking…

I have a book, and I want people to experience it. However, Market Like a Rockstar will grow one Fan at a time. I'm currently filling next year's calendar with corporate events. But it feels right to start with the faith community that supported my band for thirty years. Every great movement starts by knowing its core audience.

Why me?

Don't let the title fool you. Market Like a Rockstar is less a marketing book than a book about the business everyone of us is in: creating Fans.

Thirty years in a Grammy-winning band. A decade of that spent leading marketing for a national lender.

The proof is the tour itself. Fans who waited a decade and still filled the rooms. That's not consumption, that's identity. It's what Christian radio has always built, and what these leaders want in their own cities.

A gift

the station can give.

Venue

Venue flexes to the market: a local restaurant, a partner church, or a room at the venue itself.

Local tie-in

A local worship team or church partner is a natural tie-in.

Stations ask their donors for support all year. This is one morning where the station gets to give something back, something money can't really buy, and finally connect those donors to the event they’ve helped support.
