The Opportunity

This role is ideal for a creative person who enjoys storytelling, digital media, and helping ideas reach a wider audience.

Tai will generate the ideas and much of the raw content (photos, clips, insights). Your role is to help shape that material into polished posts that support a consistent content cadence across platforms.

• Edit short-form video for Reels and social media
• Create simple quote graphics or visual posts
• Maintain a consistent weekly posting cadence
• Monitor comments and engagement
• Help maintain an organized content calendar

A key part of this role will be helping produce weekly short-form video content reflecting the full spectrum of Tai’s life and work, including:

• music and touring
• speaking and leadership
• marketing insights
• AI and creativity
• faith and personal reflection
• fitness and discipline
• family life

Ideal Skills

• Strong instincts for storytelling and writing
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook content formats
Basic video editing skills (Final Cut Pro preferred)

• Comfortable capturing and editing content directly on a phone when needed
• Ability to move quickly and creatively

Bonus if you enjoy:

• music

• entrepreneurship
• creative storytelling
