Why this conversation matters

Waiting takes patience. Moving takes courage. I have lived both, from the early days of THIRD DAY to stepping away from music, and then back onto the stage again. This conversation is about recognizing the moment to move and trusting that God is not measuring success the way we do.

It is also about legacy. The same principle I write about in Market Like a Rockstar applies at home and at work: the people you serve well become the people who stand with you.

So I have a question for you

Where in your life or your organization is it time to move?

If you want to help your team move with purpose, that is exactly what my keynotes, workshops, and leadership sessions are built for.
