Why this conversation matters

I have lost two of my children. Grief is like wearing a weighted vest. You carry it everywhere, and over time you learn to carry it differently. I do not want to waste that weight. I want to use it to serve other people.

Nate gave me room to talk honestly about that, about thirty years of making music with THIRD DAY, and about why authenticity is the only thing that has ever built real Fans, on a stage or anywhere else.

So I have a question for you

What are you carrying that could help someone else?

If you want to bring that kind of honest conversation to your team, that is exactly what my keynotes, workshops, and leadership sessions are built for.
