Why this conversation matters

Aneta started with a question I think every leader and business owner wrestles with: do I need to do more, reach more people, or become someone different to grow? We talked about why the answer is usually no. The difference between reaching more people and connecting more deeply with the ones already drawn to you is the whole idea behind my book, Market Like a Rockstar, and it is how THIRD DAY built Fans for thirty years.

From there we got into why loyalty is about identity and belonging more than any product, why trust and permission come before marketing, why serving comes before selling, and how referrals grow out of real relationships. We closed with curiosity, and how to grow without losing what makes you who you are.

So I have a question for you

Who is already in your corner, and what would it look like to go deeper with them instead of chasing everyone else?

If you want to help your team answer that question, that is exactly what my keynotes, workshops, and leadership sessions are built for.
